Shipping policy

We accept exchanges of non-clearance items within 14 days after your order was delivered to you. All non-clearance items on your original order can be exchanged once. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you will only be issued a store credit. Click HERE to start a return and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label.

 

We accept returns for refunds within 14 days from the delivery date. When returning an item for a refund, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for shipping labels. Clearance items are not eligible for a refund. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No refunds after 14 days.

Please allow 3-5 business days for payment to be reflected in your account.

 

You do not have to pay for a shipping label if you are exchanging an item. However, if you are returning for a refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs.

 

In the instance that the carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
